Try a Free Class

The most common classes that new students try are:

Intro Classes for ages 3-adult with no experience,
Para Athletes for students with physical impairments or high functioning mental impairments,

Home school classes for children not in traditional school schedules,

Fit 2 Defend for those looking for a workout and self-defense,

Beginner Yoga for those looking for mobility and flexibility without the martial art

  • Intro Classes - 3yrs and older

    We have classes for new students on Mon & Wed at 515pm, Tues & Thurs 445pm, Thur 645pm & Saturday Noon

    Para Athlete Classes are Mondays 615pm-7,

    Thursdays 4-445pm, Saturdays 1130-1215pm
